  • Payments made using your bank account and routing number are free of charge.
  • Payments made with a credit or debit card will incur a processing fee of approximately 3%, charged by the payment processor (not by Triton Property Management or Golden Lakes Village).

Summary of LCAM Management Duties:

A Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of condominiums, homeowner assciations (HOAs), and other residential communities Their core duties include:

Financial Management: Preparing budgets, managing accounts, collecting assessments, and handling financial reporting.

Administrative Oversight: Maintaining official records, ensuring compliance with state laws and governing documents, and coordinating board meetings and elections.

Vendor Coordination: Hiring and supervising service providers such as landscapers,  maintenance crews, and security personnel.

Maintenance & Inspections: Ensuring common areas and amenities are properly maintained, and coordination repairs and routine inspections.
